We would like to share a recent initiative that we are incredibly proud of. Over the past few weeks, the state of Rio Grande do Sul has been severely affected by heavy rains, causing widespread flooding in the area. In response to this crisis, we at NewPort felt compelled to act.
Immediate relief
In an effort to provide immediate relief, we dispatched a 26,000-liter Food Grade ISOTANK to Rio Grande do Sul to supply drinking water to the areas most in need.
The operation was executed swiftly and with utmost care, thanks to the tireless efforts of our team and partners. Arriving over the weekend, the tank was immediately put to use, supplying water to the Moinhos de Vento Hospital in Porto Alegre.
The tank continued to serve the community, filling up with drinking water and distributing it to nursing homes, hospitals, and local residents.

This initiative is a testament to our commitment to community support and reflects the spirit of resilience and solidarity that our colleagues in Brazil hold dear.
We are immensely proud of what we have achieved and are motivated to continue our efforts in supporting those in need. We have kept the Isotank in the region to provide as much aid as possible. Itโs these values that drive our business and shape our strategies.
