Sales Analyst - Jundiaí

Immediate start

Purpose: Sale of NewPort products and/or services, as well as representing the company at local or international fairs/meetings (when applicable).

• Experience: 06 months (03 years desirable)

• Knowledge of INCOterms

• Knowledge about IMDG Code

• Knowledge to deal with sea and road shipment

• Intermediate / Advanced Office

• Intermediate / Advanced English

• Indispensable knowledge of the Excel tool for cost calculation (participation in RFQ / RFI)

• TMS user

• Inside sales (sell NewPort products and services to new and existing customers)

• Visit / face-to-face meeting with customers

• First-line customer contact

• Monitoring quotes with customers

• Customer support

• Advise customers on solutions (techniques) and advantages of NewPort products and services

• Stay up-to-date on product information and legislation

• Communicate with operations about new customers and new orders

• Proactively contact customers to ask about the service offered (after sales)

• Ensure pricing guidelines are followed in agreement with management
