Ben jij een communicatief sterke regelaar met een passie voor logistiek? Zorg jij ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt voor jouw klanten? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorgt ervoor dat hun logistieke processen soepel verlopen. Je bewaakt en coördineert de orderafhandeling van A tot Z en houdt alle betrokken partijen op de hoogte. Daarbij controleer je documentatie op volledigheid en nauwkeurigheid en monitor je het operationele proces, waarbij je stuurt op basis van de KPI’s. Je werkt nauw samen met interne en externe partijen om een efficiënte afhandeling te kunnen waarborgen.

Je begint je dag met een verse kop koffie. Met een gefocuste blik neem je plaats achter je bureau. Je loopt je lopende transporten en prioriteiten door. Nog voordat je je mailbox opent, komt er al een dringende vraag binnen: een klant wil een update over een spoedlevering. Je schakelt direct met je collega’s van truckplanning, verifieert de leveringsstatus en brengt de klant op de hoogte.

Gedurende de ochtend hebben jullie als team een brainstormsessie over het optimaliseren van het orderverwerkingsproces. Tijdens de sessie gaan er verschillende ideeën over efficiëntere werkwijzen heen en weer. Je krijgt hier ontzettend veel energie van. Wanneer je wilt starten met het uitwerken van de ideeën, gaat de telefoon. Een lekkage in een van onze tankcontainers. Je aarzelt geen moment. Je brengt de juiste collega’s op de hoogte, checkt de inhoud van de tankcontainer en zorgt ervoor dat alle veiligheidsprotocollen worden nageleefd. Even lijkt het spannend, maar gelukkig blijkt de schade mee te vallen. Door je snelle actie blijft de impact beperkt en kan het transport met minimale vertraging doorgaan.

Tijd voor lunch. Samen met collega’s geniet je van een ontspannen pauze, een potje tafelvoetbal of een korte wandeling om je hoofd leeg te maken.

’s Middags heb je overleg met een klant over de importdocumentatie. Je loopt de benodigde papieren door en geeft advies over de volgende stappen. Je komt erachter dat de Bill of Lading ontbreekt. Je schakelt snel met je internationale collega’s om ervoor te zorgen dat de tank zonder vertraging wordt geïmporteerd. Daarna werk je de financiele afhandeling van je afgeronde orders bij en check je nog eens de status van de lopende transporten. Alles verloopt soepel.

Voordat je de dag afsluit, loop je langs bij de Product Specialist en daarna bij het team Tank Planning. Klant Stof BV in jouw portefeuille vervoert zeer giftige stoffen, en er komt binnenkort een nieuwe schadelijke stof bij. Samen bespreken jullie de beste manier om deze veilig en efficiënt te verzenden. Jullie wisselen inzichten uit en komen tot een passende oplossing voor de klant. Met een tevreden gevoel klap je je laptop dicht. Morgen weer een dag!

• Je spreekt vloeiend Engels. Spreek je daarnaast ook andere talen? Dat is zeker een plus!

• We zoeken iemand die fulltime beschikbaar is. Ben je 32 of 36 uur per week beschikbaar? Dan bespreken we graag de mogelijkheden.

• Ben je net begonnen op de arbeidsmarkt of heb je al wat ervaring? We maken graag kennis en kijken hoe we je kunnen ondersteunen in je ontwikkeling, terwijl jouw frisse perspectief ons kan helpen om onze processen verder te verbeteren.

• Je beschikt over minimaal mbo-4 of hbo werk- en denkniveau, maar wij vinden een goede, positieve inzet het belangrijkste.

• Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en houdt goed overzicht over verschillende lopende processen.

• Je hebt een proactieve houding en ziet en benut kansen om processen te verbeteren.

• Je werkt graag samen en communiceert helder met collega’s, klanten en externe partners.

• Een salaris tussen €2.700 en €3.500 per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring.

• Reiskostenvergoeding en een pensioenregeling waarbij wij 2/3 voor je betalen.

• 24 vakantiedagen & 3,5 ADV dagen.

Are you a communicatively strong adjuster with a passion for logistics? Do you make sure everything runs smoothly for your customers? Then we are looking for you!

You are the first point of contact for our customers and make sure their logistic processes run smoothly. You monitor and coordinate order processing from A to Z and keep all parties involved informed. In doing so, you check documentation for completeness and accuracy and monitor the operational process, steering on the basis of KPIs. You work closely with internal and external parties to ensure efficient handling.

You start your day with a fresh cup of coffee. With a focused look, you take a seat at your desk. You run through your pending shipments and priorities. Even before you open your mailbox, an urgent question comes in: a customer wants an update on a rush delivery. You immediately connect with your truck planning colleagues, verify the delivery status and notify the customer.

During the morning, you as a team have a brainstorming session on how to optimize the order processing process. During the session, different ideas about more efficient ways of working go back and forth. This gives you a lot of energy. When you want to start working on the ideas, the phone rings. A leak in one of our tank containers. You don't hesitate for a moment. You inform the appropriate colleagues, check the contents of the tank container and ensure that all safety protocols are observed. For a moment it seems tense, but fortunately the damage turns out to be not too bad. Thanks to your quick action, the impact remains limited and the transport can continue with minimal delay.

Time for lunch. Together with colleagues you enjoy a relaxing break, a game of table soccer or a short walk to clear your head.

In the afternoon you have a consultation with a customer about import documentation. You go through the required paperwork and advise on next steps. You find out that the Bill of Lading is missing. You quickly liaise with your international colleagues to ensure that the tank is imported without delay. Then you update the financial processing of your completed orders and check again on the status of ongoing shipments. Everything is running smoothly.

Before you finish your day, you'll walk by the Product Specialist and then the Tank Planning team. Customer Dust BV in your portfolio transports highly toxic substances, and a new harmful substance is coming soon. Together, you discuss the best way to ship it safely and efficiently. You exchange insights and arrive at a suitable solution for the customer. Feeling satisfied, you close your laptop. Tomorrow is another day!

• You are fluent in English. Do you also speak other languages? That is definitely a plus!

• We are looking for someone who is available full time. Are you available for 32 or 36 hours per week? Then we are happy to discuss the possibilities.

• You have at least MBO-4 or HBO working and thinking level, but we think a good, positive commitment is most important.
