Customer Service (export)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our NewPort office in Jundiai, Bazil.

Start: Immediate

Experience with maritime shipping. Request for Booking via Intra, preparation of Draft, follow-up with shipowners, carriers and customers, monitoring of all stages of the export process until shipment.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of export processes (export documentation, customs clearance)

  • Knowledge for issuing House bill of lading / master bill of lading

  • Experience with road transport

  • Office Package Intermediate/advanced

  • Intermediate/advanced English
