Experience with maritime shipping operations (booking requests via Intra, preparation of drafts, follow-up with shipping lines and customers, and monitoring all stages of the export process through shipment).
Knowledge of the export process (export documentation and customs clearance – desirable).
Knowledge of issuing House Bill of Lading (HBL) / Master Bill of Lading (MBL).
Intermediate / advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Intermediate / advanced English.
Detail-oriented, with strong attention to deadlines.
